[FE-discuss] Formencode Read The Docs Configuration Update

I don't have the admin account for the FormEncode read the docs site. Can
someone update it to source from github and accept the push notifications?

I've already configured the Read The Docs hook in github. I've also just
given you push access to the repo. My user on Read The Docs is lambacck.

Ok, already pushed my changes. I tried to add you on ReadTheDocs, but
was amazed to find that it's currently impossible to add other admins.
